And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them, And there went great multitudes with him - on His final journey to Jerusalem. If they were going up to the Passover, moving along, as they were wont to do, in clusters (see the note at ), and forming themselves into one mass about the Lord Jesus, this must have occurred after the Feast of Tabernacles and the winter Feast of Dedication, at both of which our Lord was present, after His final departure from Galilee.
