Proverbs 23:25

Thy father and thy mother shall be glad, and she that bare thee shall rejoice.

Thy father ... and she that bare thee (with many pains) shall rejoice. There is no better way in which thou canst repay the debt of gratitude than by gladdening her and thy father by walking in the truth.
