Them. This shews the great authority of Semeias. He wrote the history of Roboam, 2 Paralipomenon xii. 15. He also foretold the irruption of Sesac, to punish the house of Israel; but not to destroy it. (Menochius) --- God must have touched the hearts of the leaders, to convince them that he spoke by the mouth of Semeias.
