Deuteronomy 26:11

and thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which the Lord, thy God, hath given unto thee and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you, Deuteronomy 12:7 to Deuteronomy 12:18; Deuteronomy 16:11; Deuteronomy 18:4. Solemn, grateful festal joy was to reign in the hearts of the Israelites upon this occasion and be evident in their entire behavior. Every prayer of thanksgiving includes a declaration of God's goodness, a recital of His mercies.
