Isaiah 1:26

and I will restore thy judges as at the first, men possessing the integrity of the original days, and thy counselors as at the beginning, in the golden period of Israel's history. Afterward thou shalt be called The City of Righteousness, the Faithful City, where true righteousness and dependable loyalty would be found always. We have here a reference to the true Israel of the New Testament, to the Church of Jesus Christ, in the perfection of its nature as wrought by Jesus Christ.
