Isaiah 30:19

For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem, the Church of God being preserved in the midst of all dangers and enemies; thou shalt weep no more, the spiritual Israel, the people of the Lord, should not give way to excessive mourning; He, Jehovah, will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry, the repentant cry for mercy; when He shall hear it, He will answer thee, with an act of mercy.
