Jeremiah 28:14

For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, speaking with the solemnity of His majestic power, I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, Cf Deuteronomy 28:48, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, and they shall serve him, the punishment of the Lord being certain to strike them; and I have given him the beasts of the field also, a power which was, for the time being, practically unlimited. Cf. Jeremiah 27:6.
