Psalms 84:5

Blessed is the man whose strength is in Thee, the might of the All-powerful being made perfect in his own weakness; in whose heart are the ways of them, in whose thoughts were not only the pilgrim routes to Jerusalem, as they led to the Sanctuary at the time of the great festivals, but also the ways of God's commandments, the following of which would keep the faithful in communion with Jehovah;
