Zechariah 3:4

And He, the presiding Angel of Jehovah, answered and spake unto those that stood before Him, some of His ministering angels, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him, this signifying the removal of the people's guilt. And unto him He said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, by an act of complete forgiveness, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment, with the festival garments of a perfect righteousness.
