“While you stretch forth your hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of your Holy Servant Jesus.”

Meanwhile they looked with anticipation and confidence to the fact that He would continue to stretch out His hand and heal, and that He would continue to perform signs and wonders through the Name of His Holy Servant Jesus. Note here the combination of the Holy One and the Servant (compare Acts 3:13).

Their prayer was to be abundantly answered. From Acts 5:12 we learn of the amazing miracles that constantly occurred, reaching out far beyond Jerusalem, as those who were sick flocked to Jerusalem in order to find healing.
