1 Kings 6:25

And the other cherub [was] ten cubits: both the cherubims [were] of one measure and one size.

Ver. 25. Of one measure, and of one size.] And all according to the pattern given by God to David. Here then is no plea for Popish imagery, or idolatry against the second commandment, unless they can produce a special warrant from the lawmaker, who can, when he pleaseth, dispense with his own law.
