Genesis 34:31

And they said, Should he deal with our sister as with an harlot?

Ver. 31. Should he deal with our sister as with an harlot?] Why, no: but should you therefore speak so boldly to your father, and deal so cruelly with your confederates; whom you first cheated into a covenant, and then basely butchered, when not able to help themselves? But anger is outrageous, and forethinks not what will follow hereafter, or becomes a man for present. Bridle it therefore.
