Acts 10:43

τούτῳ πάντες οἱ προφῆται μαρτυροῦσιν, to Him give all the prophets witness. Cornelius and his friends could be referred to the prophets, for though not Jews, they were students and followers of Jehovah’s law. The prophetic words to which allusion is specially made are such as Jeremiah 31:34 ‘They shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them.’ Also Joel 2:32 ‘Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered.’ So that under the Law the redemption of the Gentiles was seen afar off.

πάντα τὸν πιστεύοντα, every one that believeth. So that not circumcision but faith was now the key to the Kingdom of Heaven.
