οὐ κρίνεται … κέκριται. Change of tense: is not judged … hath been judged. The Messiah has no need to sentence unbelievers; their unbelief in the self-revelation (ὄνομα) of the Messiah is of itself a sentence. They are self-condemned; comp. John 3:36. Note the change from fact to supposition marked by οὐ followed by μή: Winer, pp. 594, 602.
