In the same way the R.V. corrects the inaccurate form -Cherubims" to -Cherubim" (Genesis 3:24), -Anakims" to -Anakim", -Horims" to -Horites", -Emims" to -Emim", -Zanzummims" to -Zanzummim", -Avims" and -Caphtorims" to -Avvim" and -Caphtorim" (Deuteronomy 2:10-12; Deuteronomy 2:20-23).
