Eglaimis probably the village Αἰγαλείμ mentioned by Eusebius as lying 8 Roman miles S. of Rabba. Beer-elim("well of the mighty ones"?) is unknown, but has been plausibly identified with the "well" (Bě"çr) of Numbers 21:16-18, in northern Moab.
