Job 13:25

Wilt thou break Or, Wilt thou affright, that is, chase. The "driven leaf" and the "dry stubble" are figures for that which is so light and unsubstantial that it is the sport of every wind of circumstance. So Job describes himself, in contrast with God, and asks, Is thy determination to assail this kind of foe the explanation of my afflictions?
