EXODUS—NOTE ON Exodus 40:34 The repetition in these verses emphasizes that the Lord is pres­ent with all his glory in the midst of his people. They can know that he is their God who has brought them out of the land of Egypt, and who dwells among them (see Exodus 29:43).
