Ezekiel 28:20-23

EZEKIEL—NOTE ON Ezekiel 28:20 Sidon is often mentioned alongside Tyre (e.g., Jeremiah 47:4; Joel 3:4; Zechariah 9:2). This association survived into NT times (e.g., Matthew 11:21; Luke 10:13). This brief oracle contains no accusation against Sidon but simply announces God’s opposition to it.
