ISAIAH—NOTE ON Isaiah 54:15 Behold, I. God alone accomplishes the promised victory. This is the heritage. All the promises of ch. Isaiah 54:1. no weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed. God will defeat every enemy, no matter how powerful.
