ὅστις seems to be = ὅς here, following the growing usage of later Greek (Schanz, vide Buttmann, Gram., p. 115). διὰ στάσιν … καὶ φόνον = διὰ φόνον ἐν στάσει πεποιημένον, Pricaeus. ἦν βληθείς : instead of ἔβληθη, the analytic form is unusual with the aorist (here only in N.T.), hence probably the reading of T.R., βεβλημένος.
