9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,

10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,

11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

The living creatures give glory and honor to Jesus on the throne. The twenty-four elders fall down and cast their crowns before the throne. They do this to acknowledge that the authority they have comes from the one on the throne and that only the one on the throne is worthy to receive glory, honor and power because He created all things. If the twenty-four elders were some of the first created beings as I suggest, they probably witnessed the creation of the universe by Jesus and can make that statement with certainty.

So there can be no misunderstanding that it was the Son of God (Jesus) that created all things, the following passages should make this point abundantly clear:

John 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,  and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3  All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.  4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10  He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.  12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And  the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,  (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created,  that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.  18 And he is the head of the body, the Church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. 19  For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
