1 Timothy 4:9

“It is. trustworthy statement deserving full acceptance”:

The statement under consideration is the statement that godliness is profitable for all things. This is. true saying and one that can be trusted, and one which everyone needs to embrace with full acceptance. This also infers that there are sayings (in the world) that are not faithful, that should be rejected. “Those who have faith have found this saying trustworthy, and it is worth all men's while to accept it” (Hiebert p. 83).
