Striking Facts: Matthew 1:10. See Genesis 3:15; Isaiah 7:14; Isaiah 8:8; Isaiah 8:10; Micah 5:2; Micah 5:3. Jesus was not begotten of natural generation. Note Matthew 1:16, «Mary, of whom was born Jesus.» A feminine form for the word «born» being used, indicates that Jesus was born of Mary, not of man. He was without a sinful nature, for the reason that He had the Holy Spirit for His Father.
