9 Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepareb war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up:

Prepare war

Verses 9-14 (Joel 3:9) refer to Armageddon; verses 15, 16 (Joel 3:15) are parallel with (Joel 2:30). From verses 9 to 16 (Joel 3:9), we have a resume of (Joel 2:9).
