And Josiah gave to the people, of the flock, lambs and kids, all for the passover offerings, for all that were present, to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand bullocks: these were of the king's substance.

Josiah a donné au peuple ... des agneaux et des chevreaux - ceux-ci étaient probablement destinés aux pauvres. Un agneau ou un enfant peut être utilisé à sa convenance (Exode 12:5).

Et ... taureaux - qui étaient offerts après les agneaux à chacun des jours successifs de la fête (voir la note à 2 Chroniques 35:13).
