Jérémie 42:14

Saying, No; but we will go into the land of Egypt, where we shall see no war, nor hear the sound of the trumpet, nor have hunger of bread; and there will we dwell:

Nous irons en ... Égypte, où nous ne verrons aucune guerre. Ici, ils trahissent leur impiété en ne croyant pas à la promesse de Dieu (Jérémie 42:10 - Jérémie 42:11), comme s'il était un menteur. (1 Jean 5:10).
