They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.

Shine - l'effet de la graisse sur la peau (Deutéronome 32:15). Ils vivent une vie d'indulgence personnelle.

Ils dépassent les actes des méchants - dépassent même les Gentils dans la méchanceté (Jérémie 2:10 - Jérémie 2:11; Ézéchiel 5:6 - Ézéchiel 5:7, "Elle a changé mon jugements dans la méchanceté plus que les nations ").

Ne jugez pas la cause ... orphelins - (Ésaïe 1:23).

Pourtant, ils prospèrent - (Jérémie 12:1).
